The goal of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is to facilitate the immigration of people and families to Ontario, Canada. One of Canada's many Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), it enables provinces and territories to choose immigrants according to the demands of their own labor markets and economies.

There are multiple streams offered by the OINP, and they are all aimed at distinct candidate categories, such as:

Job Offer from firm Category: This stream is for foreign workers, international students, and skilled workers who have received an offer of employment from an Ontario-based firm. Three subcategories comprise its further division:

  • International Employee Program

  • The International Student Stream

  • Skills Stream On-Demand

Human Capital Division: For people whose experience and abilities are in high demand in Ontario's job market, this category is intended. It consists of the subsequent streams:

  • Graduates from International Schools

  • The Human Capital Priorities Stream for Express Entry into Ontario

  • The French-speaking Skilled Worker Express Entry Stream in Ontario

  • The skilled trades stream of Ontario's Express Entry

Under this category, business owners in Ontario who want to launch a new venture or purchase an already-existing one can do so. Both the Corporate Stream and the Entrepreneur Stream are included.

Corporate Category: This stream is intended to assist well-known global firms and their principal personnel in growing into Ontario or purchasing an already-existing Ontario company.

For people who would like to live in Ontario, the Ontario Immigrant Permit Program is a well-liked route to permanent residence in Canada. It is important to keep in mind that the program's qualifying rules and criteria are subject to change, thus for the most recent information, it is imperative to contact official sources or immigration professionals. Furthermore, any developments beyond September 2021 would not be considered part of the knowledge cutoff for this response.
